Today was my first visit to Parlur Salon & Spa. I had the BEST experience with Ramona! She was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me as we went through the service. The head massage at the end was soooo relaxing and such a nice, added touch. I'll be back to see her again soon! As for the salon itself - Parlur was clean, tidy and everyone working there was nice and friendly.

I think she’s a good stylist but I am not sure where the confusion about my time came from and because I liked her I decided to say nothing. I waited while she did someone else’s hair because I felt I would get my full time, but then she literally rushed what she did with my hair, repeatedly stating that she had until 7pm; but I arrived at 5pm and waited so I am not sure if the stylists are informed about the time to spend but this left a sour taste in my mouth. I felt rushed and felt my hair was unfinished because the stylist was not aware of the time to allocate to my hair.

I rarely get my hair done and for my first ever service at dark Shugar, I got the best experience of having the exact hair I wanted and it came out great. Blessing was a gem and she took the opportunity to make sure that I loved the hair which I’m glad she did.
