This was my first time visiting the salon as having moved form South of England to West London I was in need of a new salon. As I have naturally curly hair I was also looking for a salon that specialised in cutting curly hair. I was a bit nervous at first as this was a new hairdresser, but Amber definitely has a very good knowledge bank when it comes to curly hair. I knew I was in safe hands. After bouncing from one salon to the next for a few years it feels really good to find a home at Tropics to get my retouch relaxers, cuts and colours done. Kayleigh has been amazing. She's so understanding and doesn’t take offence on any feedback I give. She is truly talented and always does what's best for my hair. She bastes my hair properly before relaxers so it doesn’t burn. The staff are also amazing, they get on really well and there's always great conversation and laughs. I always feel at home whenever I go. I would highly recommend Tropics.
