I use this salon every time I come home to Bromley from Australia, which is about every 18 months. I’ve never had a bad experience. I hadn’t had Amy do my hair before, but wasn’t disappointed. I even popped in for a wash & blow dry two weeks after the treatment and it only took 45 minutes, which is crazy considering I have a LOT of curly hair! I am so happy with my hair 😊

This was hands-down my best first-time experience at a salon. Sylvia is most personable and professional whilst knowing her craft to the T. She talked me through my hair history (previously permed and over-treated) and we arrived at the best way forward to transition to my natural texture beginning today. I left feeling very satisfied with my keratin treatment. Fresh needs a love button added for Sylvia specifically. Thanks again for staying overtime for me! Sarah took great care to explain what would happen during the treatment, she is friendly, professional and incredibly good at shat she does. I had the 90 min Japanese Hair Spa and the experience was fabulous, I fell asleep at one point! I had the full works and it was so worth it, keeping the oils in and having a rough dry at the end. My hair and scalp feel so good. Would highly recommend.
