Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! My eyebrow tint and wax were done perfectly – my brows look so neat and defined. Karina really listened to what I wanted and got the shape just right. I’ve been going to see Freya for my BIAB for a few months now and she never disappoints! Her skills are second to none and it’s always a lovely experience. The whole salon has a great vibe to it with everyone chatting and enjoying themselves. If you’re in the Caterham area book in (but not so much that I can’t get an appointment!)

I was a model for Beth’s first French tip biab and it came out great! Very kind and welcoming, it was my first time coming to her for Biab and eyebrows will definitely be booking again.

Galina is very friendly and professional. I had a great pedicure - felt like I was walking on air when I left and Galina gave me some advice to help with damaged nails. I also had eyebrows waxed and tinted and they look great. Very comfortable room and relaxing experience.

I would definitely recommend Charlie for beauty treatments. I’ve gone to her for all my waxing for a few years and she’s always very gentle, making sure to get every hair. In the run up to my wedding, I’ve now also seen her for brows, lashes and spray tans and she’s done an excellent job with these too. Charlie is always so friendly and kind!
