Fantastic Experience — Highly Recommend Debbie! I had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Debbie was friendly, professional, and really put me at ease. She listened to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was happy at every step. The service was carried out with real care and attention to detail, and the results were exactly what I was hoping for. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and spotlessly clean — a real hidden. Five stars isn’t enough! My hair was crying out for a makeover and Phoebe worked absolute magic. From start to finish, her attention to detail was second to none. She’s an expert at what she does and a complete perfectionist, making sure every section sat perfectly and every detail was just right. I walked in feeling overdue a haircut and walked out feeling like a new woman. My hair looks healthier, fresher and so much easier to manage. Thank you, Phoebe. You’re brilliant at what you do and it really shows.

Texted about a problem regarding my nails and I received an immediate response with an appointment for the next day. I was very appreciative of the quick response and my treatment when I attended my appointment. Tresa was forever the professional with a friendly and very informative appointment. I did not feel at all uncomfortable and my issue was dealt with immediately. This has only strengthened my resolve to continue using the salon and certainly recommend it to others .
