Had an Indian head massage, and with every movement I kept getting tingles. And when having the scalp massage at one point it felt as if there was more than two hands. The sensory stimulation and relaxation was amazing and the pressure was spot on. I will definitely be going back. From one holistic therapist to another I’d recommend Lou in a heartbeat. xXx

I recently visited Soma and had a microneedling session. Having had this treatment done before with various different practitioners Natalie is in a league of her own! I had a lovely relaxing mini facial to prep my skin before so that I was more relaxed for the needling itself. Natalie took her time and overall I had a lovely experience. Im now booked in for a monthly skin care session with her. A cheeky prosecco and a gossip beforehand made it all the better! Thanks Nat xxx

Once again Natalie worked her magic at my appointment. I’m on my 4th micro needling session and I can really see the difference in my skin, it’s clearer, brighter and my acne scarring has really improved. On top of that, I’ve had near to no breakouts! Amazing!!! Natalie has also used her knowledge to recommended products to introduce to my skin care routine, I’m excited to start using them.
