It was for my husbands haircut, wonderful experience as usual with his regular barber Sam at Newmarket. Absolutely clean and organised salon, wonderful manager Joe, friendly good with young and old alike would not go anywhere else, very good value.

always have Sam at Newmarket book appointments for my husband aged 71, and my grandson aged 19 he really caters for the difference in age, my grandson thinks he is fantastic, and as everyone knows it takes a lot to please a teenager, especially where their hair is concerned, great service and price and love their friendly atmosphere, and modern salon, no complaints here. Also had Joe before same 100% service

The apprentice (sorry, I didn't get his name) cut both of my boys hair (age 7 and 12). He did an excellent job, listened to everything each child wanted and gave them exactly that. He was friendly and made the children feel comfortable. Their cuts were great too. I'd definitely recommend.

I booked a 7 a.m. appointment because, with two children and a busy schedule during the day, I absolutely needed to get my hair cut as early as possible. Junior arrived on time and was not only professional but also very friendly - we even had a nice conversation during the appointment. I can highly recommend a service like this, especially for parents or busy workers who often struggle to find even 20 minutes to get a haircut. The early start and the quality of the service made it a really positive experience.
