Fantastic first visit to Hoi Polloi for a full beard trim with Sam - super chilled vibe and the whole team was very welcoming. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, from booking right through to the appointment itself. I really appreciated that Sienna took the time to read the notes on my booking and ask a few questions to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted. As someone who is autistic, I sometimes find it difficult to express myself, but Sienna immediately put me at ease and made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free.
