There were many steps to the facial from Natalie carrying out a detailed consultation about my skin concerns to beautiful hot towels and a tailored massage. The products that were used were all so soothing and gave me no irritation on my sensitive/acne-prone skin. Following the facial, Natalie provided me with a list of products I should be using daily and the methods of how to carry out such skin care. I loved this and cannot wait to come back every month! 😍❤️
