I had a facial and consultation today and it was absolutely brilliant. I’ve never really done any skincare before, so I was a bit apprehensive, but she kept me completely at ease the whole time. Her knowledge was outstanding and she explained everything so clearly. We’ve now got a proper plan and a way forward, and I couldn’t be happier. My skin already looks lovely.

Another lovely experience at NEU. Lovely natural nails with a chrome finish to hands and some subtle nail art, exactly what I asked for. Beautifully painted orange glittery toes. Chelsea really listens to what her clients want and makes it a unique experience. While even finding time to make me a coffee. I felt very spoilt and thoroughly enjoyed my experience.
