I came in for the brow and lash package with Ffion. I had all the information including where to park beforehand which was so helpful and Ffion was so welcoming on arrival. We chatted throughout the whole appointment Ffion was warm and friendly and talked me through the process/products she was going to be using. The salon is bright and cosy and the lash bed is so comfortable I was at ease the entire time. I’m so happy with the finished product Ffion made sure I was ok with everything before finishing up and sent me away with aftercare advice and a care package. 100% recommend!
