What a wonderful experience with Taylor. Ive been working too hard and not taking care of my hair. I arrived at the salon looking half cave girl and left feeling fabulous. Taylor was so welcoming and I immediately felt comfortable. Her consultation was thorough and she took great care and interest in what I wanted to achieve. I booked a very long 6 hour appointment as I have very thick hair that had grown out. The time flew by with great conversation, plenty of coffee and giggles. The overall result was so much better than I expected. Thanks Taylor x

One of the best massages I have had, because it was an experience tailored to my needs. The consultation before the massage was relaxed and Rachel listened very well, making it feel like talking therapy as well as we discussed the best massage plan for me. The massage itself worked the body very well and I could gel the knots & tension release. Such a pleasant experience & worth it!

I had a really positive experience at the clinic. Since I wasn’t able to have my skin lesion removed through the NHS, I decided to book here and I’m very glad I did. The online consultation booking process was straightforward, and Dr. Boghossian was able to carry out the procedure during the same appointment. Dr. Boghossian and Jaz were both professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. I returned a week later to have my stitches removed, and that appointment was just as quick and smooth. The pricing was very reasonable given the level of care and service provided.

Absolutely 5-star service from Angela at Beauty Poem. For such a long time, I’d wanted natural-looking eyebrows with proper definition, as mine were so pale and lacked shape. Sophie was warm and welcoming as usual. She made that I was comfortable and offered me a drink. Sophie carried out the appointment skilfully and with consultation with me with regards to colour etc. I look forward to my next appointment in 3 weeks time.

A lovely appointment today with Lulu as always. A friendly welcome, attentive during consultation chat, wonderful colour choices and application, finishing off with a great cut and blow dry.
