I had a skin consultation with Natasha, who took the time to understand my skin concerns & tailored a treatment plan to help me achieve my skin goals. Today I had my first treatment, which included nano needling, followed by a relaxing hyaluronic face mask, LED light therapy, and a shoulder, & neck massage. Natasha is extremely professional, knowledgeable & friendly. She explains every step of the treatment thoroughly, making you feel completely at ease. It was a lovely experience from start to finish, & I’m looking forward to seeing the results and continuing my treatments. Highly recommend!

Amazing service my daughter was nervous and the lady talked her through it and was so friendly beautiful consultation rooms and friendly receptionist. I was so impressed I recommended to a friend who then went that afternoon with her daughter for a septum piercing can’t recommend highly enough thank you.

Hayley was so welcoming and understanding of my dual hair trauma: enforced ‘punishment and torture’ haircuts as a child which left me absolutely terrified of haircuts; and now the trauma of chemo hair loss and it coming back so slowly and very different to how it was. I booked a double length consultation so we had time to discuss all that and agree a way forward, building trust and finding stylish ways of managing regrowth. I spoke briefly will Jill the salon owner on the way out, and she was also very reassuring. Will definitely book some appointments to rebuild myself after chemo.

Really appreciative of Patsy and her help in fixing a botched haircut done at a very expensive high street salon. We first had a consultation where she really listened to what I wanted in terms of a style. I initially wanted a perm but instead of selling it to me she gave me some great advice on how to work with my natural curls. Patsy did a wonderful job with my hair and was not afraid to ask for examples when cutting to achieve what I wanted. Just shows the difference between a high street salon and a home salon. I’ll definitely be back when I’m due.

It was my first HIFU treatment & Hetty was very thorough in her consultation. She explained each step, what to expect & kept checking with me through the treatment which I felt very looked after. It was a really comfortable treatment & felt amazing when I left!! Can’t wait for my next treatment x

One of the best massages I have had, because it was an experience tailored to my needs. The consultation before the massage was relaxed and Rachel listened very well, making it feel like talking therapy as well as we discussed the best massage plan for me. The massage itself worked the body very well and I could gel the knots & tension release. Such a pleasant experience & worth it!

Having done a lot of research and a few years of deciding what it was I wanted to achieve, I settled on a consultation with Alison. I was instantly put at my ease and after a good conversation, an assessment of my skin, we settled on a plan of action.
