Jane is such a lovely practitioner, she has such a welcoming aura and is so down to earth which definitely put me at ease with the anxiety of having my tattoo Lazer removed. She didn't "beat around the bush" about the pain you experience whilst having this done and was extremely patient whilst undergoing the procedure itself. (I needed a few breaks). From the first consultation to my first appointment today, Jane has a explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions I had, this giving me the confidence to take the leap in getting my tattoo removed.

Excellent service. Started with an informative consultation on options, then a next day treatment, which was easy, relaxing and gave my eyes the overhaul they needed. As a newbie I was nervous, but needn’t have been. I now have the confidence I needed and I’ll be back to refine and improve next month!! Sara was fab and Kristina’s follow up was first rate. Penny is amazing at going really in depth about all elements of skin health, but not only that she gave some incredible insights into hormonal health too! Had my regular facial with Sarah. Always a fantastic relaxing experience. I always leave feeling amazing. Sarah always goes above and beyond and you never leave until she is happy with your treatment. I have a sinus issue and she gave me a nasal massage that helped with clearing my sinuses. I would highly recommend Sarah.

Wonderful establishment and Victoria, the owner, was very professional and detailed in consultation who took time to explain and make me feel at ease.

I’ve suffered with severe skin issues on my face for 10 years, dermatologists and GPs diagnosed it as adult acne/hormonal acne, gave me all sorts of creams and medications which just made my skin worse. I recently got diagnosed with rosacea, it never was acne! I came across Penny and Clear Skin Pending randomly on Insta and I’m so glad I did, I messaged her straight away to book a consultation. She gave me amazing advice and recommended supplements to take and gave me a soothing skincare regime. I’ve been following her advice for about a month and there’s already a massive improvement!!

A wonderful session and having all my face treated in one appointment now feels real progress. I love my face now and I smile more, thanks to Vickie.

My skin is really sensitive, especially when having a deep clean so it reacts to the most basic products that you wouldn't think would be a problem, but Penny knows what to do to calm it down. I'm excited to try the new line of products! Hopefully helps with my breakouts and redness. Thank you Penny for the session.
