The staff were highly professional and very gentle. And the environment was quiet, clean, and well organized. After some really hectic days, coming in for the Signature Soul Cleanse Facial by Jenny is exactly what my skin (and soul) needed! Just entering the space that Jenny has created at the spa is an invitation for total rest and relaxation! There were special welcome surprise treats along with a very warm consultation chat with Jenny who also did an incredible job at explaining all the products and process during the treatment as well. The care and attention to detail that was present was incredible and it really felt like each second of the 90mins were so well utilized. My skin looks soo amazing!

Joe was amazing and made the whole experience feel really comfortable from the start. He took the time to ask about my skin concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. I had a Hydrafacial which was both relaxing and effective. This was my second time having a treatment at this salon. Jeanifer, who also looked after me last time, was the one who treated me again. She is always so kind, welcoming, and provides such careful treatment. I always feel truly relaxed and healed by her service 🙏✨. Even though peeling can be a little painful, I come here once a month as a reward for myself, just to receive her treatment 🤭. Of course, this salon is also great for keeping my skin healthy and beautiful👌

The care Tom provided was always excellent. From the very first time I sent him photos of the medication-induced hyperpigmentation, he recommended the most appropriate procedure. Although the pigmentation did not disappear completely (as I cannot stop my medication), I noticed an improvement of around 80%. 👌
