I’ve been to 4 appointments now which have included initial consultation, creating a plan for my skin, and progressed to face peels (phase 1 lol). Jasmine has been great, talking through my goals was easy (I have lots) and discussing her recommendations and options was straightforward. The office/rooms are very calming, helpful while you’re sitting through a tingling peel. Each session has been a great experience.

I had such an amazing experience with Stephanie! She was incredibly warm, professional and knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly and ensure I was happy with the treatment. Stephanie is so lovely and genuinely cares about her clients. I've been going to see Ella regularly every 6 weeks for quiet some time now and it's been such a blessing. I hold a lot of tension in my jaw and the buccal facials have really helped. It's such a relaxing experience and Ella is a joy. Highly recommend

Honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars! The vibe when you walk in? Already a 10/10. The consultation was so honest – everything was explained in a way that actually made sense. I had booked for more treatments than I ended up getting, but she prioritised my goals over maximising appointment money/cost. The genuine care for clients is pretty rare in my experiences. Now, I will never go to any one else.
