I took a chance and tried Salon One 9 for the first time. After years of going to a different salon, I wasn’t loving my hair it was time for a change. Michelle was very patient and kind to me. She wanted to make sure she understood what I was asking for. She did her best to make sure I was satisfied. And offered me different options . My hair was already damaged so I decided to try some highlights and toner for now and get to my desired blonde in a few sessions so my hair wouldn’t get even more damaged. I also got a trim. Friendly environment . A little pricey but i will be back.

I chose this hidden gem for their transparency and good communication. They were able to deliver my balayage request and Michelle also cut my baby girl’s hair for her 1st time. My whole first time experience at SalonOne 9 was excellent and I’ll definitely be returning. The patio is a bonus for fresh air too.

As I walked in the girl in the front desk greeted me with kindness. Adriana then proceeded with asking me what service I wanted and haircut. She was attentive and she knew exactly what I wanted. She proceeded with washing my hair and let me tell you the products she used left my scalp and hair feeling brand new. My hair literally felt like it drank gallons of water. Adriana cut and styled my hair, and she was so much fun. Will definitely come back for when I add some highlights or color.

I LOVE my fresh balayage with babylights, Jeanne worked her magic on my very dull bleached dry ends and gave it life again. Thank you to her and her lovely team, I have a lot of hair and they took very good care of it with patience. I can’t stop looking at it.

I recently moved around the area and I’ve been looking for a great hairstylist. Salon ONE 9 came up and the pictures I saw are similar to the hairstyle I want to achieve. Came in for a free hair consultation and explained Jeanne what I want and she got it right away. Salon One 9 did not disappoint. Jeanne is highly versatile and her expertise is remarkable. I like how the balayage blended naturally with my grey hair. She does wondrous cutting/layering with her swift, flawless technique and the result is ahh-mazing! Nicole is awesome too. Will definitely come back.

Jeanne is not only a pretty face but she is very pleasant to talk to. She listened to my “predicament” and we were able to come up with a solution. She knows everything when it comes to hair. I will be coming back to do a balayage with her soon. Also I was talking to someone online prior to going to the salon, whoever I was talking with, answered all my questions and was able to squeeze me in at the same day.
