I love my hair, I love the staff, I love my stylist (Lauren), I love the way the products smell, I love the way everything looks inside, I love their organization and the way they handle business. If I wasn't moving next month, this would be my permanent salon, but unfortunately I'm leaving New York. :(

Marq was fabulous as always. He's very patient, describing the chemical process of coloring hair and the possibilities. He wants his customers to maintain the health of their hair above anything else. He'll counsel you to get your hair to its very best. Today with kindness and understanding he explained why a purple hair color wouldn't necessarily be a good choice long term for my hair. Though he could have pockted a few extra bucks for the extra processing it would take to achieve the look, he made it clear my satisfaction after I left the shop and the health of my hair was more important 💜

Lorraine was professional, punctual, and really did her best work on my highlights. It was my first time getting any color, let alone blonde. I have been natural for 5 years and have meticulously kept my hair healthy so I was a bit nervous at first but Lorraine and her team explained the process, were gentle, and gave easy-to-follow maintenance tips. It was a very welcoming and pleasant visit. Both Jordan (cut, press and curl) and Amy (color) made sure that my hair came out flawless! I love that they both made sure of what I wanted and my desired outcome as well as education I needed on my hair care following my services. The receptionist was also so sweet and nice! Do not fear any services. Trained technicians make the cut here. Clientele’s discerning eye demands as such. The front desk says it all, beginning to end, FLAWLESS!!! Nataliya is my go to mani-pedi. I love this nail salon. The technician are all so professional, do amazing work and really listen to what you like and what you want. The color choices are infinite and it’s easy to make an appt and you never wait more then 5 mins. I started going there in May and I wouldn’t change it.
