This was such a great service. Rehanatu listened to all my concerns and actually took her time to make sure I felt comfortable. I truly appreciate her patience. My first visit today, and everyone was welcoming. Crystal professionally assessed my hair and listened to my concerns. She let me know what she was doing and regularly checked to be sure I was comfortable. In the end there was an issue with the color, but Crystal and the manager gave it their utmost concern. I felt heard and respected, and that they responded with professionalism and kindness.
