Booked last minute and was impressed right away—easy booking, great location, and plenty of parking. Staff were kind and welcoming. We made a plan for my greys, and I was served a hot, creamy coffee while my colour processed. Despite leaving my roots for a while, there were no surprise charges—just a generous first-time discount and another for root dye. I’m pretty sure they straightened and styled my hair for free too. I’ll be back next week with my daughter and can’t wait for the highlights we’ve planned. Highly recommend!

Amazing. Awesome. Staff are professional and very humble. I had a keriton treatment done in March this year its now June. Treatment still holding. Great advice for looking after your hair. Booked an appointment last minute and Barkha was kind and accommodating as ever. (Think it’s the 3rd time I’ve been treated by her.) The colour is exactly as I asked. The cut incorporated all the aspects I mentioned in the consult. But Barkha is experienced and creative. She added her own touches I didn’t know I wanted. But again- I love it. Polite, respectful and unexpectedly philosophical. Root touchup and trim for $98. She had time between clients and kindly styled my hair for no added cost. I look and feel great. I’m grateful. This is the best eyelash extension that I've ever tried in Hamilton. I always have some tears due to strong glue used by others, but Jaspreet is so gentle and fast. Highly recommend it! This is my second time coming here, will come back for sure!

I've been coming to Shine Magic Rototuna for my eyebrow and upper lip waxing, and the service is always exceptional. Today I surprised my mum with her first-ever salon hair colour and trim. She loved her new look! The stylist was so gentle, kept checking that she was comfortable, and did an amazing job. Seeing Mum tear up with joy made it such a special experience.
