I explained to Tillie what I wanted done with my hair and she explained in detail what she would do. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed, she's very good at her job. Taking the colour off & conditioning with a head massage felt amazing! She styled my hair and I was more than pleased with the end result. I loved the colour and style i will definitely be returning to Tillie in the future !!

This was my first visit to The Secret Salon. Duncan fixed my hair! My last balayage from a different salon was started too low and had lots of different colours in it, he put some new blonde from the top and toned down the rest to my natural colour ready to start again. Genius! In that time was lots of easy conversation and laughter. I would highly recommend and can’t wait for my next visit. Thanks Duncan x

I’ve been going to Chanel for years, even before she joined That Glam Bar, she is the best and nails it every time, I get highlights and toner and she always knows exactly what I’m looking for the result to look like! This was the first time I had Tillie do my hair , i was nervy and a bit apprehensive as I've always gone to the same hairdresser but she was on maternity leave. Tillie explained everything to a t , the pros and cons etc. Well , to say I was pleased with the outcome is an understatement. I loved it !! Ive had lots of great comments. I went for root colouring and Callum was amazing! He knew exactly what colour would suit me. He is a very knowledgable colourist. Love my hair and will recommend him to everybody.

First time colour ( roots) today and Duncan spent a long time matching my colour and getting to grips with how my hair reacts. He is very kind and professional with an incredible need to get everything right for the client.

I'm a first timer and Alice was fantastic. Really took time to find out what I would like and offered advice on colour style etc ... Alice is so professional and so good at what she does . Her colouring skills are amazing and this coupled with a warm personality and an excellent playlist made my day having my hair done a real treat !! Thanks Alice ...
