Great colour and cut by Cerys. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me a great creamy blonde to take away the brassier yellow tones in my hair. A fab cut too with feathery face framing layers. Really pleased with the results!

She really knows me and even plans ahead for my future beauty needs. She’s also such a great listener—I often offload during appointments and leave feeling so much lighter. Louise genuinely cares and always makes me feel like a valued client. I couldn’t look this good without her!
