I won an aromatherapy massage in a raffle. The whole experience was fantastic from meeting and the selection of oils to the massage. Mel is so easy to get on with and talk to, such a lovely person. I immediately booked another session in two weeks time. Thank you Mel, you’re amazing.

Was nervous before going in, but was made to feel really welcome and kaylee answered any questions. Got kitted out in the gear and got brave and entered the chamber. Unsure why I was so nervous, the experience was fine. Felt a little like being in a freezer but not overpowering with the temperature. As soon as the 3 minutes finished, I felt incredibly fresh, I felt like my body had a total reset and I felt incredibly positive about everything. I didn’t feel cold at all. I can’t honestly recommend the is treatment enough. I’m hopeful it is going to help with my knee injury.

Excellent care and treatment as always. I’ve really been struggling with my plantar fasciitis which has flared up again. Mel mixed up a bespoke essential oil mix to help with the inflammation; that coupled with the massage has really eased my pain and released my tight fascia. Mel always goes above and beyond and even made me up a little batch of oil infused cream to help me at home too. Such a special caring and knowledgeable therapist. Thank you Mel.
