Abbey is such a beautiful soul. So caring in her approach. She doesn’t rush and takes time to speak with you and find out any particular issues you’re having that she might be able to help with and will always give you what you need and ask for. Her new treatment room in Caerphilly is great. A really nice relaxing room. Can’t wait to see you again soon. xx

After having my ears pierced with Empress caerphilly last year, there was no where else I'd take my daughter for her ears to be pierced. My daughter was quite nervous, but was totally put at ease, and was talked through the whole process. Can't recommend them enough. She's now looking forward to booking her nose piercing.

I’ve had a few piercings done at Caerphilly branch and they have always been welcoming, helpful and easy to talk to. Today I Popped into the branch to have a jewellery change, they were so helpful with this. I have been recovering from an operation I had 8 weeks ago and Emily was so welcoming to see me and as always was asking how I was doing with my recovery, this meant a lot as the girls here at empress always take the time to get to know you and ask you how you are doing. Emily especially always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Louise provided high quality customer service in a stress free calming environment in a quiet location outside Caerphilly town centre.
