Marie did a great job. I was originally booked a week ago but when she saw I suffer from cold sores she advised me to take aclivor for 5 days prior and re-booked me for the following week. This shows patience and professionalism 🙂 she helped me choose the shade, and was very conscious of my somewhat low pain threshold! She was light handed and re-applied numbing cream when it got too much. Thank you Marie!

I had my first laser removal session with J&H today and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable! They were both so informative and reassuring, I felt in really safe hands. The process itself was slightly uncomfortable but nothing near as bad as I thought it would be. I’d been in for a patch test previously where the laser removal process was explained thoroughly. Between appointments J&H have been available to answer any questions I’ve had. I know exactly what settings have been used for my treatment and why, as well as the appropriate aftercare. Looking forward to seeing the final results!
