Prior to my appointment Shannon's communication was amazing, Shannon drew up my design and she listened to exactly what I would like, gave advice on sizing and explained everything very well, as soon as I arrived I felt very comfortable and welcome, the studio is beautiful and clean, I was offered a drink and told to let her know if I was too cold / hot ... Shannon is just so lovely! Everything was brilliant and my Tattoo looks absolutely stunning. Thank you so much Shannon I will see you in a few weeks for my next 🤭 xx

Such a great experience as a model today. The trainer jake was amazing Made me feel so at ease and he was patient with both me and his student (she was great too). Did a 2 hour round trip and glad I did 😁
