Slightly late review!! Kirst is an absolutely invaluable aid in finding and releasing all the energetic junk that i don’t realise I'm carrying. I always leave feeling super grounded yet 10 times lighter. I’ve had a few reiki sessions with Kirsten now. this time I had a rebalancing ritual ; the combo of physical and energetic tension release is incredible. genuinely pure magic!! It took me a good couple of days to recover from the substantial shift, but trusting that my body only let go of what it was ready to has left me feeling like a ray of sunshine. Thankyou Kirsten <3
