Fantastic hotel in a great location. The food is exceptional, service is brilliant nothing is too much trouble. Had a wonderful facial in their new spa with Melanie who was professional really took the time to listen and recommend great products. All in all a wonderful experience.

Mel was warm, friendly & professional, who made me feel very comfortable. The sounds & smells heightened my senses. The treatment was outstanding. I was totally relaxed & immersed in the experience.
