Lily did an incredible job! I had never had an eyebrow tint before, and I am so glad I did this! I am one of those poor souls who overplucked her brows back in the day, and Lily made them look great with waxing and tinting! I will definitely book her again for these services.

Always perfection! Having worn lashes for many years, I’ve visited several salons and the Lash Lady is by far the best of them all. Both Lorna and Nicole have magical hands, there is never a moment of discomfort. The speed in which they work is perfectly timed, not rushed but you won’t be there for hours. You will be beyond satisfied. The Salon is decorated beautifully and safety is a priority at all times. Kim did a great job on my full set of classic lashes! She was very attentive to my needs, and made small tweaks after she showed me the finish product and I wanted just a few more lashes on one eye. She was so patient, friendly and professional. The lash lash facility itself (Hanover location) was sparkling clean and had all proper COVID precautions in place! I will definitely be back for my fill and future services!

Relatively new to the process and I had a bad experience elsewhere (think jet-black unibrow on my naked petite blonde face). I wanted a lash/brow tint and chose Lash Lady specifically for their work with lighter hair/skin tones. Jess was absolutely amazing! She listened and was conscientious and she accented my minimal brows perfectly while also darkening my wispy lashes. She created the natural and low-maintenance look that was looking for. The salon itself was bright and inviting, and I couldn't be happier with my experience, technician, or results.

Love The Lash Lady!! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Rebecca the owner has microbladed my brows and I love them!! And Ellie does my lashes and she’s fabulous!! Abbey is just one of my favorite people to see because she’s so friendly and funny! My daughter gets her brows tinted and has had an excellent experience with all the ladies she has seen.
