Francesca knows exactly what she’s doing. Every eyebrow threading and tint is done so tastefully and with such precision that I trust her completely with my eyebrows. I never feel under- or over-threaded, and she always makes sure I’m happy with the depth of my eyebrow tint. She remembers what I like and what suits my face, which makes all the difference. Clean, natural results every time. Highly recommend if you want your eyebrows done properly.

This was my first time doing mapping on my eyebrows. It was a great experience. The ambience of her space is warm and welcoming. She walked me through each process. She is very professional and has a soft touch. No pain while waxing. I felt like falling asleep 😴. I will continue this brow maintenance with her and I highly recommend her service. The other services I will continue and have conversations with her on my beauty care. Well done and keep up the great service.

Always a pleasure getting my services done by you. Very satisfied with the outcome of my lashes, toes and eyebrows. One thing to note…during the eyelash application it wasn’t professional to carry on that long casual conversation in my ears. You’re usually very professional so as it was the 1st time I experienced this I thought I’d mention it to you for next time. See you next year please God. Stay Safe!

I found The Lash Bay on TikTok and decided to try them without hearing any reviews and I was pleasantly surprised! I went to get my brows tinted and laminated for the first time and I will be back! Lisa was very pleasant and explained all the steps to me before she did them and checked in with me from time to time to make sure I was comfortable. My brows look great and I look forward to trying more of her services.

I highly recommend getting your lashes done at The Hot Spot! I always feel right at home because Kavelle is always pleasant, friendly and quite knowledgeable about which lash set suits your eye shape. Her prices are incredibly reasonable for the professional and amazing quality of her work!

Every time I visit the salon the experience is better than the last one. The care and love that it's put into taking care of my hair comes easily to both Nicole and Candy. I am in love with my new hairdo and my lashes as well. Job well done as per usual. Looking forward to being transformed at my next appointment without a doubt!!!
