5*treatment from start to finish. Started with a luxury pedicure by Tayler never thought I would enjoy one as much so relaxing. Followed by Lash lift and tint by Amber who has worked miracles on my awful lashes. I can't believe the difference and I'm so happy with the results! Highly recommend Bay Beauty Academy to anyone for lovely friendly professional staff.

Leah was lovely and welcoming and really made my lashes perfect. She let me voice what I did and didn't want for my lashes and told me what would be best for my lash health. She was lovely and chatty and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my lashes. 100% would recommend!!

Fabulous treatments. I had the luxury facial and dermaplaning, plus eyelash and Eyebrow tint. Staff are really lovely, products are great. I world definitely recommend BEEM.

Leah is amazing! She's so professional, and I’m absolutely in LOVE with my eyebrows and eyelashes! I’d definitely consider myself a fussy person, but Leah exceeded all my expectations. The only scary thing now is hoping she never stops – I honestly don’t think I’d ever find another lash tech as good as her!

Sharika was lovely and accepted my very last minute appointment request due to someone else cancelling on me last minute. She agreed to top up my brows despite it not being her work (my previous brow lady moved to Birmingham) and did a fantastic and thorough job. I love my visits to Brooke! I’ve been going for approx 18months now, the salon has a lovely welcoming environment and Brooke is fantastic, so friendly, chatty and immediately puts you at ease. I felt super comfortable and relaxed with Aga, and it was my first time getting my eyebrows laminated and the eyelash lift. I love it and for my first experience I’m so happy. She really took her time and curated the best look for me, but also asked and took everything I said into consideration. A very calm and cosy space too! Thank you for all the kind recommendations. I’m looking forward to coming back for another session!
