I recently had a Brazilian lymphatic massage, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Sara was both highly professional and genuinely friendly, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere right away. Sara took the time to explain the process and made sure I felt at ease throughout. The massage itself was perfectly balanced—firm and effective. You could really feel the technique working, with precise, rhythmic movements that left me feeling lighter and refreshed. The red light addition was an added bonus! I was energised. I had a full body MLD massage 3 weeks after extensive skin removal surgery. Emma explained everything so well and I left feeling lighter and more comfortable than I’ve felt for the last 3 weeks! Visibly less swollen today and looking forward to seeing what happens over the next few days under Emma’s strict instructions to drink tonnes of water.
