Outstanding! Fay at Flawless is incredible with both lashes, nails & many more treatments. Her expertise is second to none, and I love her frank, honest advice. She’ll always tell me what will actually suit me instead of just taking my request, and that’s why my results are always perfect. I trust her completely (and going to her for last 20yrs) and feel so well cared for every appointment. If you want a beautician who combines skill with genuine honesty, Flawless and Fay are the ones. Amazing friendly service as always. I had my nails done and eyebrows waxed, I have sensitive skin on my face but the products never irritate or hurt my skin. Highly recommend

Rebekah is absolutely phenomenal! She talks you through every step & my lashes last so much longer than anywhere else I’ve been! I recently had my brows laminated/tinted & my lashes tinted/lifted & they look amazing!! So thrilled with the results! Would never use anyone else, I couldn’t wish for any better as Rebekah is THE best! The sofa is super comfortable & Rebekah gives you a blanket & puts music on; this makes all the difference! Keelie is so lovely! I visited for my lashes brows and the ultimate package skin treatment. My skin feel phenomenal and I cannot reccomend her enough! My lashes and brows are also amazing and I now wouldn't go anywhere else.

Ang was very warm and welcoming as always, but especially so as I've had a difficult couple of weeks. I had an Indian head massage and my eyelashes tinted. The massage was perfect, it released all my tension and stress. The correct pressure was applied, which Ang checked. I would highly recommend. Just what I needed!! My lashes are lovely and dark again, Ang always manages to get to the roots, which is great. Ang is always very professional, I look forward to my next appointment.
