I'm visiting the Courtenay area, and Chantel was so accommodating to fit me in at short notice. She was kind and welcoming, understood exactly what I needed to refresh my look, updated my colour, blow dried my hair and gave me a cute loose curl for my shoulder length hair and sent me on my way looking 10 years younger. I like my cut with John. He asked about my hair style & how much effort do I want to put in to my hair routine. He is very pleasant & his scalp massage was heavenly. I definitely will be back to see him. The location is convenient as I live in Comox. Parking was easy outback.

Recently moved to Courtenay and I was looking for a new stylist, and I found Chelsea! She has done my hair three times so far and each time it has been perfect! I am just home from Mexico with a grown out cut (short) and I was wanting to change the look. Chelsea did an amazing job of styling it and getting it started to the look I am after. She nailed it, I am very happy!! Thanks Chelsea, I am glad I found you at Custom Hair Lounge 😊

It was a great experience! Shyla is lovely and she did such a great job on my eye lashes and eyebrows. Now I can go makeup free on my upcoming trip.

So helpful. I have lost more than 50lbs and needed a makeover but didn't know what to do (had my makeup done Saturday. Im 55 so things were very different in my appearance I came in with some ideas, cut and colour. Leeane explained some would work some wouldn't. Also, I asked if I could video her styling my hair-she was great because she showed the materials to the video then how to use them. Yes, it was a little expensive, and it was totally worth it.

John and Krista create a nice and relaxed atmosphere. They’re both super friendly and it didn’t feel rushed which is sometimes the case at other salons. And of course I had a great haircut from John. Definitely going back!

Great job. Very friendly. I'll be back for sure.
