It's rare to stumble upon a new gem, but that's just what happened when visited Monoma. I've been pushing my body and mind at an unsustainable pace, the chiropractor was no longer enough and I hadn't been sleeping. I relaxed for the first time in weeks during this massage and i actually slept thru the night that night. I need to make another appointment soon as this was the break to the cycle I needed. A 10 out of 10!

They give you slippers to change into and bring you to your room. We had Rosie and Davi, who were both excellent. They were really attentive and listened to what we wanted to focus on. We did a combo of deep tissue and stretching, and they actually get in deep and don’t hold back (but they frequently check in to make sure you’re good with the pressure). I’ve been here on multiple occasions and they never fail to disappoint.
