I had my first visit with Claire for spinal flow therapy today, and it was an incredible experience. My body has been in a lot of pain lately, and I’ve been feeling emotionally overwhelmed. Claire demonstrated her expert knowledge in how to treat me; she was able to identify what was going on and offered amazing advice. I appreciate her incorporation of shamanic wisdom to address all aspects of what I’m experiencing. The session was soothing, and afterward, I felt completely relaxed. My body still feels like it’s shifting things, and I have a peaceful sensation in both my mind and body.

I met Claire for the first time yesterday. She was very helpful ahead of my appointment, helping me know where to park etc, which I appreciated. During the treatment she was professional & welcoming. She got straight into it & explained what she was going to do after asking me some questions. The treatment was new to me although I have experienced others before. It was non invasive & at each stage Claire informed me of anything I needed to know. After the treatment I felt more free in my back with easier movement. I look forward to noticing the changes after my body has processed them.
