I’ve been to see Martha a few times now, initially after experiencing quite a lot of pain in my knee from an old injury. Martha is very attentive and really takes in what you’re experiencing, then targets the necessary areas. I have definitely felt the benefits of having a good sports massage therapist, and feel a lot stronger as a result. Martha is also extremely good at suggesting extra work you can be doing to help yourself, sending you the necessary exercises if required. On top of this, she has some killer playlists for you to enjoy during your massage!!

If I’m honest I went in a little sceptical about how I would benefit from a sports massage. How wrong I could of been Caitlin is extremely knowledgeable about not only the benefits of sports massage but more importantly how concentrating on areas I was suffering in could help and improve my regular training. I would definitely recommend a rest day after a sports massage but I was surprised how much better I felt during my next workout. I would definitely recommend having a sports massage every couple of weeks during regular training and Visor P&R has made a real difference to how I feel.
