However, occasionally you find something that genuinely makes a difference to how you feel & Lucy’s Menopause Massage was one of those little gifts. My massage was so relaxing & left me feeling lighter somehow. My favourite part was the abdominal massage because I have felt constantly bloated for the last 18months & nothing I’ve tried has helped. The day after my massage I woke up feeling like my tummy looked so much better! I can’t recommend this treatment enough ☺

I had Full Body Lymphatic Drainage with Lucy due to feeling incredibly bloated and swollen. I’m perimenopausal and the recent heatwave made it even worse. After the massage I slept so well which is unusual for me and I felt so much better and less bloated. Lucy is amazing at what she does and I will be working my way through all her treatments! Wow what can i say just blown away! first person to ever get through my rock shoulders to the knots first time. Not feeling in any pain feel like my shoulders have relaxed and dropped from being up near my ears to where they should be. super relaxed, and sleepy. Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
