Chloe is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand the areas, that needed attention before starting the treatment. The massage itself was excellent, firm where it needed to be, but always comfortable, and I felt a noticeable improvement afterwards. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people feel better and performs her work to a very high standard. The new location is a great setting for her treatments and I would highly recommend Chloe to anyone looking for a quality sports massage.

Great relaxing environment

Visited Chloe at Body & Soul for my first sports massage and was really impressed. She was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about her work, and she explained everything in a way that felt both professional and easy to follow. The session itself was comfortable and reassuring, and she gave me plenty of practical advice for things I can do at home to keep improving. My shoulders and neck already feel so much better. I’d highly recommend her and will definitely be returning.
