Another lovely session of lymphatic reflexology with Angela this afternoon. So relaxing, I fell asleep (apparently I didn’t snore). Plenty of water after the treatment and I feel very refreshed. It’s ideal for dealing with swollen ankles and heavy legs caused by this heatwave.
