I’ve tried a few massages around Bude but Robyn is the best I’ve been to, she is very knowledgeable and gets to the spots that needs attention, I now book in every two weeks to keep on top of it.

I had a lymphatic massage. The massage was incredibly gentle and very relaxing. Clare explained the process and gave great advice post massage. My ankles were certainly not as swollen in the evening and I am definitely going to book another.

Tried the Brazilian lymphatic drainage, a firm massage . Claire explained every thing that was going to happen and checked my comfort throughout. She was mindful of existing conditions notions . Overall very professional and finished off with a relaxing facial massage . Will definitely go again !

Robyn is a talented masseuse, she really makes each session personal and I always leave feeling pain free! Her set up is ideal. Comfy and very professional. You get a proper sports massage with some of the perks of a spa treatment like heated towels and table. Honestly could not recommend New Motion enough!!

I had a full body massage at Golden Tanning Studio Bude and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Sophie was lovely, so friendly, professional and made me feel completely at ease. I went to the new salon in Bude and had a brow wax and tint. Was so relaxing and the wax was very gentle and great for my sensitive skin. So pleased with the colour and shape of my brows. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back x

Had a sports massage with Robyn today focusing on my legs and honestly it was exactly what I needed. She got the pressure spot on, firm enough to really work through the tension but still relaxing at the same time. You can tell she’s so knowledgeable and professional and she made me feel completely at ease. My legs already feel so much lighter. Highly recommend
