Yesterday was another one of my maintenance sessions which was fab as always, also always great to have a little catch up Laura 😄 During the first part of the catch up! Mentioned I had. A very small pain in my lower back which is covered in my maintenance sessions but she at the end paid a bit time on my lower back area and by this afternoon that small pain all totally gone! Thanks as always Laura! Look forward to the next one 👍🙌

Molly listens carefully to any issues you may have and gradually works on those areas , working out the knots . She gives a very deep and relaxing massage . I would definitely recommend her .

Laura was amazing! Could not recommend her enough! Was my first ever sports massage and from the moment I met Laura she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Lovely and so friendly aswell as super knowledgeable. The massage was great and I’m already feeling better after being so tight from lots of training!
