Used to have a massage every month but ended up missing them for a while. I’m now 2 sessions back in and it’s made me realise how important it is not just as a reactive measure to issues, but as a preventative one too. When I was getting regular treatments, I wouldn’t get big flare ups, but after a period of time away, it’s clear to see how much stress is put on the body through training and just just how much regular treatments helped. Amazing! Been a customer for over 6 years now and I've never been let down once! Tracy and the rest of the team are just soo friendly and great, love my haircut! Tried something new and opted for the new hot towel shave and it was definitely something i will be doing again, so relaxing i could have fallen asleep!

Yesterday was another one of my maintenance sessions which was fab as always, also always great to have a little catch up Laura 😄 During the first part of the catch up! Mentioned I had. A very small pain in my lower back which is covered in my maintenance sessions but she at the end paid a bit time on my lower back area and by this afternoon that small pain all totally gone! Very good! I am new to Burgess Hill and was looking for a family friendly barber. Maryanne at JJ Barbers was great, and cut my hair as requested. Their prices are really good as well. I will happily go back.

Laura was amazing! Could not recommend her enough! Was my first ever sports massage and from the moment I met Laura she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Lovely and so friendly aswell as super knowledgeable. The massage was great and I’m already feeling better after being so tight from lots of training!
