My sessions with Dan have definitely made a difference both physically and mentally. I finally feel like I have the support I need to strengthen myself with the right form. Dan is super friendly and accommodating too, highly recommend!

Jon has been fantastic throughout my rehab journey! After suffering with ‘runners knee’ in the early stages of my Marathon training block, Jon was very reassuring and created a structured plan to get me back on track! In just a few weeks, a couple of sessions, and regular check ins from Jon..I have gone from experiencing pain at 2k/3k to running 20k pain free (even hitting some PBs along the way). I have had such a positive experience and would highly recommend!!!

Really good experience with Jon today. Been suffering with back ache and pains for a number of years. He checked all my posture and alignment and was able to give me insight into why I was getting the pain. Jon also gave me some exercises that I can do to help and also showed me some gym exercises I can do to help as I use the gym next door. Jon was happy to explain anything I didn't understand! Overall really really happy with my experience! Thanks again!
