Jenny is a great therapist, she listened a lot to me about my injury and gave me the space and time to explain everything , I have been to a few physios over the years but Jenny is the best I’ve ever been too, she was very thorough with her examination, as well as giving me some exercises to help solve my injury so I don’t need to keep coming back with the same problem. She really wanted to help and it showed thanks Jenny.

Jenny is so attentive and knowledgeable. I wish I’d found her years ago. I have been struggling with a bad shoulder for years. She’s really opened my eyes to what is causing my injury, understanding this has enabled me to be able to treat it better along with the personalised exercise plans and sessions. I’ve had more progress in a few sessions with Jenny following the plans she sends, than in months of any other treatments. Grateful to have been recommended her and finally be making progress ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been seeing Jenny for years and nobody comes close to the attention to detail she delivers. She is very knowledgeable in her field and is happy to talk through her thinking and explain her process. It is always a nice chill experience, within a friendly and welcoming environment. A highly recommended service for whatever ails you. You'll come away feeling better, and for longer term issues you will have someone willing to help you take any further steps.

Liam was great, firstly he came to find me when i couldn't find the entrance to the clinic, but ( and more importantly) he really did an excellent job loosening my very tight lower back and thigh muscles. Bit tender the day after but I was able to enjoy my day out and about in Liverpool.

Trialled & error many sports therapists in Liverpool over the years and none have compared to Jenny. So thorough in everything and I learn something new every time I visit. Top! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great coach! Continuous improvements being made week after week. Small adjustments to form, coaching on correct techniques and providing me with confidence to perform different movements and lifts to keep me improving in my sessions with Byron and those in the gym on my own. Assistance and support in learning and identifying the elements that are helping me to progress and those holding me back. Each session is bespoke to help me achieve my own personal goals with the recognition that these change over time and training is also updated to reflect this. Throughly enjoying my training now!

We both myself & my son can't thank Byron enough for the help he's given my son Kyle. Not long ago my son couldn't walk less than a 10 minute walk from the train station to Unit7 without getting out of breath having to sit down at least 4 to 5 times before arriving the gym. The present moment only 7 months forward my son yesterday smashed his session outside with Byron pushing Kyle to his limits till he had nothing left in the tank. Was totally in shock that my son did 5 sets different exercises one after the other in each set, the strength stamminer & confidence in my son thanks to Byron...

Power 360 is amazing! Byron is a legend. Ive been training this year to go on a 100k hike in Scotland - Loved every minute but the steep downs really took its toll on my right knee... Byron has miraculously rehabilitated me with a mix of sports massage & exercises and BOOM, I'm back to brilliant. Cheers Byron - you are a legend.

Awesome deep tissue massage that targeted all the right problem areas. Liam was thorough and professional making sure the massage was tailored to my needs. I’m a crossfit enthusiast so often have massages for rehab. I have struggled to find a good sports massagetherapist until now! Thanks Liam.
