Fantastic! I have monthly massages to tackle specific issues as well as general training related niggles and have noticed a dramatic improvement in my flexibility and recovery times. Jordan is wonderful and his treatment room is warm inviting and sooo relaxing! Can't wait to come back

Great leg massage today from Jordan. Got to look after myself after weeks smashing the gym and slept like a baby.

Fantastic Service and experience , Jordan worked on my shoulder where i have been experiencing acute pain resulting in sleepless nights. Jordan manipulated my muscles releasing massive amounts of tensions working miracles and cupping areas where i had the most tension and knots . The relief and movement this has brought to the shoulder area were i was experiencing pain after two sessions was unbelievable. Jordan has typed and referred me to my GP and provided me with a tailored exercise program as part of my rehabilitation . 5 Star service!!!!!

I had an absolutely brilliant massage with Jordan. He took a full history of all my aches and pains and then concentrated on all of my problem areas and also found some extras to work on. I would highly recommend Jordan for a massage and we also had a really lovely chat during my massage.

Jordan’s work is brilliant and a really friendly guy, easy to relate and talk to. Advice was sound and will help me keep correct form and n order to manage and correct some minor issues that caused major symptoms. Deep tissue massage for focused pain was the best I’ve ever experienced.

I had quite a few issues with my shoulders, lower back, and glutes. Jordan’s worked his magic and sorted me right out. Appreciate the work you do mate.
