She is responsive and understands to where i have experienced tightness and DOMS and even finds and works on troublesome areas before I knew about them myself! I’ve never been before and my husband booked me an appointment because I was in a lot of pain. Honestly the best massage I’ve ever received, I felt like every muscle on my back was worked and all knots were taken care of. Came in for a sports / Hot stone massage before my comp at the weekend, first time having one so I had no idea what to expect, Rachel was very welcoming and friendly, feel 1000x better after having had it done and will definitely be back.

Rachel was amazing, as always. I found the stones really relaxing, my shoulders were really tight and I was struggling with internal rotation. After coming away my shoulders are nice and loose but also pain free! Would highly recommend.

Pete has treated my injury very well and was able to quickly identify the problem and get to work immediately. After only a couple of sessions and following his instructions between treatments I was feeling a lot better. On his advice I gently returned to running and ended up running the 10k I had entered with no issues afterwards. I'd happily recommend him to potential future clients

Pete fixed my shoulder, which had been hurting like crazy for, like, four or five years. He also fixed my super sensitive forearm, which had been bugging me for over three years. Neither my GP nor the GP's physio could help. Nobody could figure out what was wrong, so I couldn't get the right treatment. After a few sessions with Pete, I'm totally good! Is he a magician? Seriously, doctors should take notes from you.
