Great physio session, Lauren makes you feel very welcome and gave useful tips to aid recovery.

I always come away feeling refreshed, relaxed and pain free. I cannot reccomend enough!

I loved my Menopause Massage . Such a beautiful , relaxing treatment . Pressure was perfect and Lauren understood my needs completely. I could barely peel myself up off the couch when it was finished . I was so relaxed and chilled. The treatment room was lovely and cosy with relaxing tranquil music playing in back ground. I had the best night sleep afterwards too . Thank you Lauren, I will definitely be booking in for another one soon x
