Jess is extremely professional, making you feel relaxed and at ease the entire time. I highly recommend Jess for massage (and hot stone!) treatment if you are feeling it with your training. Jess is an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable and I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I went to see Jess after experiencing a lot of soreness and tightness in my neck, shoulders and upper back. Jess gave an excellent massage and was very professional. I left feeling very relaxed and with a lot more range of motion in my neck. The hot stones really made a difference! Thank you Jess!

Jordan is a very skillful for sport massage. Have been visiting him since 6 months ago for my lower back pain and tennis elbow. He always listens to your concern and able to address the pain all the time. I'm definitely way better in these 6 months and highly recommended! Hardworking and sincere fella!

I had a hot stone massage with Jess and it was a fantastic experience end to end. I didn’t realise how tight my shoulders were until she worked on that area. The pressure across my back and legs was perfect & the temperature of the hot stones was great. I particularly enjoyed the warm up to the hot stones where she held them for a moment so her hands were warmer than body temperature, she continued with the massage with warmer hands and then built up to the stones which was a gentle transition. I left the experience feeling as flexible as a gymnast! Thank you Jess!

started seeing Jordan last summer as I was looking for a more local therapist for monthly treatments. I tried a few therapists in the area but none got the same results as Jordan managed to in my first session. I always struggle with my left shoulder and what I’ve noticed is my monthly treatment is lasting each month. I feel so much better after tonight’s treatment! Couldn’t recommend more!
