As always Toni is thorough with her treatment. Identifies areas of concern even when you don’t realise it’s an issue. I’ve been seeing Toni just over a year now, having issues with shoulders, lower back and legs especially IT bands. Training was always hard and recovery after exercise was slow. I can now train harder, with far less discomfort, and DOMS is greatly reduced with recovery being much quicker. Toni’s knowledge and support has been absolutely amazing. Toni is awesome…. Yet another amazing session with Toni. After having put in some serious miles in walking the Hills of Wales, and then to top off a sudden urge for me to learn to play golf, which impacted my back. Toni has no problem getting deep into those hidden knots. Both friendly and professional. Left me feeling soothed and relaxed. And Toni also provided top tips and guidance so as not to cause further aggravation when training. As usual we had a great chat, talking about all sorts of different things, and her knowledge around the human body is amazing.

After a hectic couple of weeks at work and the demands and pressures it brings with it my body was in need of some treatment. Toni certainly knows her stuff, and as of yet fails to impress with her knowledge and ability to treat the issues identified. Post treatment advice, and advice re physical training around an injury and area’s of concern.

Toni helped me recover from a shoulder problem I had in thr Spring with a pinched nerve near my neck and painful knot around the scapula area causing spasms and painful tightness all down my right arm. She played a key role in helping me recover recommending physiotherapy for the neck area, ultrasound, which I did with a physio. Recently I enjoyed a deep tissue massage as part of my training regime without any shoulder pain thanks to Toni and her advice and guidance.

Jess is extremely professional, making you feel relaxed and at ease the entire time. I highly recommend Jess for massage (and hot stone!) treatment if you are feeling it with your training. Jess is an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable and I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I went to see Jess after experiencing a lot of soreness and tightness in my neck, shoulders and upper back. Jess gave an excellent massage and was very professional. I left feeling very relaxed and with a lot more range of motion in my neck. The hot stones really made a difference! Thank you Jess!

Jordan is a very skillful for sport massage. Have been visiting him since 6 months ago for my lower back pain and tennis elbow. He always listens to your concern and able to address the pain all the time. I'm definitely way better in these 6 months and highly recommended! Hardworking and sincere fella!
