I have been a few times and each time he has really targeted the issue areas as opposed to other sports massages when they seem do everything and hope for the best. Most recently I had limited range of motion in my shoulder and after a massage and cupping I left being able to lift my arm above my head without discomfort. Highly recommend!

Matt is very professional and did a great job finding areas of tension and releasing the knots in my shoulder and lats. He even demonstrated how the pain could be related to an imbalance/tightness from my lower back/glutes and he managed to work some magic on them too! He really went above and beyond my expectations with what could be done in one session. Will definitely visit again for further treatments. Thank you!

Matt is super talented in his approach to sports rehab and injuries, concentration on the whole body in dealing with repair and recovery. He managed to sort out an injury I have had for many years. I will be back.......

Matt is the best around! I’ve had a couple of different injuries in the past year. Matt has instantly pinpointed what the cause is, fixed it and got me back to training again! Don’t waste your money going anywhere else.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Debora was so kind and knowledgeable, and I immediately felt relief, and have more understanding of what was going on and how to prevent in future. I will definitely be back, as I do combat sports (Brazilian JiuJitsu/Striking) as well as myriad other physical activities (power lifting/running), and would highly recommend her to anyone. As a woman of a certain age (40) and hyper mobile, I was also so happy for her understanding and recommendations!

Matt is exceptionally talented at what he does, as someone who needs a lot of massage because of my job Iv seem a lot of massage therapists over the years but Matt is the only one Iv stick with and is by far the best. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough!!
